For one of my clients, a global automotive brand with European HQ in Brussels, I am looking for a Product Owner Customer Engagement Marketing.
The Product Owner Vehicle Launch Campaigns is responsible for:
1) Customer Engagement Marketing Journey development:
· Lead CEM product strategy, vision and roadmap for vehicle launch campaigns across Europe
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and coordination between teams (Product, Marketing, Sales and external agency suppliers)
· Prioritise and manage product backlog and oversee the implementation of Vehicle Launch Campaigns to optimise campaigns efficiency and rollout within the set timings
· Understand data requirements for the journey
2) Governance & Way of Working:
· Act as a liaison between European HQ and European sales companies to ensure effective communication and collaboration and to maximise the take-up of the produced assets
· Improve way of working through agile way of planning and executing
· Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from the European sales companies and adjusting campaigns based on data-driven insights
· Implement required governance for involved agencies and divisions for activities currently in progress
· Ensure one team approach across group companies in view of involvement in journeys definitions and development
3) Performance management:
· Develop and track results to measure the success of the Vehicle Launch Campaigns across different European markets
· Lead the development and implementation of data analytics and visualisation solutions to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders
· Identify key contributors to higher conversion rates and higher user engagement, get learnings and trading insights, best practice and benchmarks, including other industries data
· Establish A/B testing framework to continuously experiment and optimise journey
We are looking for the following qualifications:
· Fluent in English
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a product owner role with the experience in SCRUM/agile, preferably within the automotive industry
· Experience in working with agile development teams, where you act as Product Owner towards business stakeholders
· Expertise in developing and executing marketing automation campaigns across various markets
· Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and strategies
· Strong understanding of automotive business but also customer engagement trends outside of the industry
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and with different stakeholders
· Demonstrated success in implementation of marketing automation solutions
· Great organisational skills and ability to plan effectively to meet the deadlines
· High degree of independence in driving forward activities against the targets
· Problem-solver with strong strategic thinking abilities
· Proficient user of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
· Knowledge of SFMC
· Knowledge in BI tools and Datorama is a plus
