As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for growing our Motion business in the East and West Flanders region. Reporting to the Sales Manager - Motion, you'll use your expertise and energy to build long-term relationships with partners, engineering firms, integrators, and OEMs-delivering smart, sustainable solutions that meet their evolving needs. Own the Challenge Drive growth by increasing sales volume and margin across the Motion portfolio. Spot opportunities and help shape the future by identifying and developing new markets in close collaboration with the Sales team. Turn insights into action by translating market trends into tailored solutions with support from marketing and technical teams. Thrive in a team that values collaboration, supports one another, and celebrates shared success. A technical education at bachelor's or master's level. A collaborative spirit and experience working in a team environment. Strong commercial insight and a results-driven attitude. Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
