What you will be doing
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and delivering a superior candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and owning the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, assessment, interviews, offer
* Defining sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, including guidelines for agency use and final approvals
* Creating and posting job ads internally and externally (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn)
* Interpreting psychometric tools and applying results in behavioral interviews
* Proactively managing candidate pools for blue-collar positions and building talent pipelines aligned with business needs
* Ensuring timely and transparent communication with candidates throughout the process
* Participating in local events and projects to improve processes and outcomes
* Constantly seeking better ways of working and delivering outstanding results
Who we are looking for
We're looking for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should bring:
* Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience in blue- and/or white-collar recruitment, either as a recruiter or hiring manager
* Ability to manage multiple relationships across business units
* Comfort with Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven decision-making
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a complex environment
* A holistic approach to blue collar employees talent acquisition
* Language proficiency: Dutch (C1) and English (minimum B2)
