We are looking for a results-oriented E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee and grow EZVIZ’s online sales channels in Brazil. You will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for major marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon) and local retail ecosystems (Magalu, Americanas, Via/Casas Bahia), ensuring brand consistency and sales targets achievement.
Responsibilities:
* Marketplace Management: Direct management of Mercado Livre (Official Store) and Amazon Seller Central. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement the annual sales plan for the Brazilian e-commerce channel to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Multi-Channel Expansion: Oversee presence in local "3P" marketplaces such as Magalu, Americanas, and Shopee, optimizing product assortment for each platform.
* Digital Merchandising: Ensure all product listings have high-quality content, optimized SEO (in Portuguese), and competitive pricing (Digital Shelf Excellence).
* Promotional Planning: Lead the execution of major retail events in Brazil, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day, and Dia do Consumidor, coordinating stock and marketing budget.
* Inventory & Forecasting: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure healthy stock levels and prevent out-of-stock scenarios, considering Brazil’s complex logistics/tax landscape.
* Data Analysis: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to regional HQ.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
* Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in E-commerce sales within the Brazilian market, preferably in the Consumer Electronics, Tech, or Home Security industry.
* Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Mercado Ads and Amazon Advertising. Familiarity with local integrators (e.g., ANYMARKET, Bling, or Tiny) is a plus.
* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Brazilian e-commerce landscape, including regional logistics challenges and tax implications (ICMS/ST).
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies (Advanced Excel is a must).
* Languages: Native Portuguese and Professional English (Daily communication with HQ in English/Chinese).
* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
