* Lead the month-end close process for Sales & Margin, ensuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting for the consolidated cluster.
* Oversee the sales/margin processes, including in-month margin projections and month-end walks, ensuring alignment with organizational targets and strong visibility on drivers.
* Direct the monthly forecasting, quarterly reviews, strategic planning, and budgeting cycles for sales & margin.
* Deliver in-depth analysis of past and future trends across key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Develop and recommend financial strategies by evaluating options in relation to organizational goals.
* Lead scenario modeling and generate forward-looking projections to support business decision-making.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and executive leadership.
* Serve as the main point of contact for price & margin transformation initiatives, collaborating with the transformation office and Margin Excellence function.
* Act as a bridge between the international team and local regions, driving process improvements, automation, and efficiency.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial and business projects, ensuring delivery of project objectives.
* Provide expert financial support to President/CFO, sales partners, and other business leaders.
* Champion the use of advanced analytics, digital tools, and process automation to drive business insights.
