About the internship
The Omni Contact Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us within the B2B E-commerce & Digital Content scope.
During this internship, you will support the development and optimization of digital B2B content on our online platform, helping improve customer experience and engagement through impactful and data-driven content.
What you’ll do
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, structure and plan digital content
* Support the creation of briefs for copywriters and graphic teams
* Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with business needs
* Manage the setup and publishing of content on the e-commerce platform
* Analyze content performance (GA4, engagement, clicks) and provide optimization insights
* Support continuous improvements of digital content and customer interactions
* Act as a guardian of the user experience, proposing improvements
* Assist in answering internal and external requests related to the platform
Who you are
* Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong knowledge of English
* Interest or first experience in digital marketing, content management or e-commerce
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented with a creative and proactive mindset
* Comfortable working with data and drawing insights
