About the Team
You'll be part of a dynamic Marketing Events / Experiential Marketing team, collaborating with creative teams, Integrated Marketing Managers (IMMs), Event Experiential Managers, MSC Coordinators, agencies, and vendors. This role involves working closely with teams across multiple countries, including Belgium, the UK, and France, providing an exciting international perspective. What You'll Do
Support the planning and execution of high-impact in-person and hybrid events.
Create and manage event project plans, timelines, budgets, and Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Work with creative teams to integrate engaging, localized content into events.
Conduct on-site and post-event quality checks, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support dashboards, reporting, and performance summaries for all events.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or project management.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Experience working with agencies or vendors.
Excellent English (spoken and written), plus proficiency in at least one of French or Dutch, and basic knowledge of the other
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with brand, privacy, and compliance standards is a plus.
