Due to strong growth, Sarens Projects is looking for an experienced and driven Project Operations Manager to lead, align and develop our operational departments (PRG = Project Group and TS = Technical Solutions). This is a key leadership role where operational excellence meets human capital development -with a special focus on supporting and mentoring (young) talent.As a central figure within operations you will :Oversee day-to-day operations and project execution across PRG and TS department.Monitor project progress on technical solution and operational execution, budget, scope, and timeline (SPM) - providing guidance and strategic challenge to Project Managers.Coach and mentor department leads and their teams, with special attention for younger professionals and new joiners.Drive efficiency through process analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing optimizations.Safeguard compliance with SHEQ, legal, and HR standards.Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating working environment where people feel empowered to grow.Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments.You report directly to the Managing Director Sarens Project Hub2, and work with stakeholders across the whole organization.You will be part of the Management Team.---Who are you?You combine a strong projects background with a genuine interest in people development.
