Creation and maintenance of Data Lakehouses, including their cloud infrastructure aspects.
• Adjusting architecture for public cloud, including multi-cloud distribution of data.
• Gathering business requirements.
• Data modelling.
• Performance analysis and optimization of the entire flow of data from source systems (frequently on premises) to clients.
• Design of Data Quality and Health Monitoring processes
• Adaptation of data for use by AI (ontologies, indexation), and intermediate AI usage.
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
• Good knowledge of data lake & lakehouse design
Ability to quickly understand complex business domains.
Ability to apply high quality standards
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in Cloud based Data Engineering and AI.
Analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level).
Knowledge of Generative AI Prompting and either RAG or other agentic memory techniques
Basic knowledge of GDPR, and the possibility to support in documenting security measures to protect personal data
