In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end personnel administration and serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters. You will work closely with the HR Manager, contributing to a growing and evolving organization.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full personnel administration for employees
- Prepare and finalize monthly payroll processing.
- Handle employee onboarding and ensure the proper administrative processing of new contracts.
- Monitor and register all legal obligations and regulations in an HR system.
- Oversee attendance policies and ensure strict follow-up.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
- Provide proactive support to the HR Manager on all HR-related matters.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A degree in Human Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You ideally have more than 4 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common HR and administrative software.
- Working knowledge of French and Dutch (oral and written), good knowledge of English required.
