About the Job
* Deliver multidisciplinary, complex EPC and CapEx projects.
* Organize work to ensure projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
* Manage high‑level stakeholder relationships and all project controls.
* Act as the Owner’s representative for clients or as part of a larger project team.
* Coordinate projects with client, internal and external teams across multiple industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.
What We Need
* Master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven record of leading large CapEx or EPC projects.
* Outstanding people‑management and communication skills; able to bring the best out of project teams.
* A proactive “make‑it‑happen” mentality.
* Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Willingness to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
* Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Dutch.
