Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
* Work closely with product owners, architects, and SMEs to understand business and technology strategies.
* Analyze and design new business processes to optimize performance and alignment with strategic goals.
* Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
* Collaborate with project managers and architects to define metrics and performance goals for applications.
* Support design and development teams by ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.
* Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
* Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
* Participate in quality management reviews to ensure design and prototypes meet requirements.
* Define and execute the BA requirements management strategy across all project phases.
* Partner with internal and external development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Act as a liaison between the business community and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and understanding.
Skills
Required:
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
* Proficient in MS Office tools.
* Good understanding of IT systems and testing processes.
* Experience in requirements management.
* Solid understanding of workflow processes.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
