Description de la fonction Team/division description The Strategic Planning team is part of the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability function at Toyota Motor Europe.It acts as a strategic business partner providing support for Toyota Motor Europe Corporate functions to develop their short and long term strategy in view of the companys transformation to a mobility company. The team is responsible for putting in place a robust governance framework to ensure smooth execution of the strategy whilst monitoring progress on a regular basis with all internal stakeholders involved.In this role, the team coordinates cross functional activities, maximising synergies between the teams and driving overall employee engagement. Last but not least, it coordinates the people and organisational growth development within the function by establishing a training framework and creating a culture where everyone can be their true authentic selves. Your project Your main project will be to: Plan and support the follow up of the Corporate strategy implementation (short and long term strategy) Overall support to the function, including monthly function meetings and agenda management Event planning and organisation of Corporate Affairs Pan E conference, team buildings and year end activities Support in developing presentations, communication materials and business reports Assist with the roll out and monitoring of functional countermeasures in response to the Employee Motivation Survey Manage training budget and monitor training progress Support with budget control and administrative tasks Project management e.g. newcomers onboarding implementation Participation in automation/AI pilots Profil Your profile Education: Preferably University degree in Business Administration, but flexible with other backgrounds You have strong planning capabilities, are structured and well organised You are able to synthetise complex data and information into clear visual summaries; ideally you have advanced Excel skills You have budget/financial accounting experience You are a mature personality with good communication skills, able to liaise with all levels of the company You are a telayer and are able to work independently as well You are proactive and enjoy working in an international environment You are fluent in spoken and written English; any other European lang
