The Role:
TheABIBNFLmedia teamarelooking for a first-class MediaManagerto helpsuperchargetheBNFLportfolio.
Reporting to theBNFLMedia Leadand working closely with ourmedia agency and in-house digital team, youtakea centralroleinthe delivery ofbestin classcross-channelmedia campaignsfor the business.We’relooking for the right person to come in and hit the ground running, playing a key role inboth managing and shapingall aspects of the media processfrom a media planning & strategy perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work closely with theBNFLMedia Lead to deliver best-in-class media planning & strategy across all media channelswithinTV, VOD, Audio, OOH, Paid Social, Programmatic & Media Partnerships.
This includes but is not exclusive to the following;
1. Championing andmaintainingexcellencefrom an operational perspective, managing multi-millioneurobudgets across all media channels
2. Being responsible and accountabletheBNFLteam’s media planning & strategy output
3. Taking a lead role inprojects
4. Attendingcampaignbriefings across our portfolio of world-renowned brands
5. Developing innovative and excitingcross-channelmedia strategiesacross TV, VOD, Audio, OOH, Paid Social, Programmatic & Media Partnerships
6. Bringing to life said strategies by collaborating effectively with our internalDigital Investment & Marketingteams
7. Working cross-functionally to bring to life our sponsorship properties in media (FIFA World Cup,Rolland Garos, Wimbledon& Olympics)
8. Defining,curatingand delivering campaign reporting to key stakeholders
9. Tracking campaign finance from PO to reconciliation
10. Campaign performanceversus core KPIsandidentifyingoptimizationopportunities
11. Thorough post campaign analysis and presentation of results
Who we’re looking for:
12. 3-5years’experience withinpaid media or media strategy
13. Excellent knowledge of theBelgian, French & or Dutchmedia landscape, partners & products
14. Confident planner / strategist across all media channels
15. Highly numerate,analytical, & an ability to translate data into actionable insights
16. Excellent communicationand presentationskills
17. Collaborative mindset
18. A fast learner with the ability to simplify the complex
19. Start-up mindsetwith a ‘can do’ attitude and not afraid to make the role your own
20. The ability to effectively manage and developpeers
21. Confident& resilient
22. Ability to work under pressure
23. Fluency in English is a must
