For our division Unilin Flooring, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing and coordinating all incoming marketing requests across the Western European region. You ensure smooth coordination and execution of all incoming requests — from intake to delivery — acting as the linchpin between local needs and creative output.
This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing structure to creativity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a flair for both people and pixels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director Western Europe and a team of passionate marketers, helping to bring our brands to life across borders.
What does the role entail exactly?
Central Request Management
1. Manage the shared Western Europe marketing mailbox as the first point of contact for incoming marketing requests.
2. Clarify and prioritize requests from different countries and teams.
3. Monitor the flow of requests and maintain an overview of workload and deadlines.
Briefing, Project and Budget Coordination
4. Translate marketing requests into clear, structured briefings.
5. Gather or source all necessary inputs (text, images, specs).
6. Coordinate timelines and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
7. Monitor progress and follow up on timing, budget, and delivery.
Creative Execution Support
8. Delegate advanced design tasks to the in-house graphic designer.
9. Handle basic creative adaptations yourself (resizing, updating templates, creating variations for social or print).
10. Ensure all output meets brand guidelines and is ready for delivery or publication. You will act as local brand guardian to ensure brand consistency.
Administrative & Team Support
11. Maintain trackers, project lists, and status updates.
12. Help prepare internal presentations and overviews.
13. Support cross-market collaboration with basic coordination and follow-up.
Who are you?
14. You have experience in an international marketing environment with a proven ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize under pressure.
15. You have solid understanding of branding and visual communication. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to be able to execute small creative adaptations independently.
16. You are positive, flexible and eager to learn, a teamplayer who takes ownership with strong communication skills.
17. Furthermore you have an hands-on, structured, deadline-driven and solution-oriented approach with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
18. You are fluent in Dutch and English; German and French is a plus. #LI-LV3
