Responsibilities Lead the global reward strategy, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals Design and deliver innovative Total Rewards programs across international markets Oversee compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus schemes Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, mobility, and regulation Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and cost optimisation Advise senior stakeholders, regulators, and partners on key reward topics Required 10+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally xjsrcvq in financial services Strong expertise in global reward frameworks and regulatory environments Proven ability to lead complex, international reward programs Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills Must be based or willing to be based in Brussels
