YOUR ROLE
As a Scrum Master at Sogeti, you guide teams toward delivering high‑value outcomes using Agile ways of working. You promote a culture of collaboration, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
Core responsibilities:
Guide and coach teams and stakeholders in effectively applying Agile/Scrum principles, fostering strong collaboration within and across teams.
Support teams by encouraging problem‑solving, cross‑functional ownership, and transparency throughout the delivery cycle.
Remove impediments proactively to ensure teams can maintain focus and achieve their goals.
Facilitate goal setting, coordination activities, and delivery follow‑up depending on the team's context and needs.
Promote a culture of innovation, learning, and self‑organization, with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about Agile approaches and enabling teams to thrive.
Must‑haves:
Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, facilitation techniques, and team‑delivery practices.
Excellent communication skills and a servant‑leadership mindset.
Professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
Nice‑to‑haves:
Professional certifications such as PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
A passion for continuous self‑development and awareness of industry standards.
Experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage.
