Senior Dynamics 365 FO Consultant
Location: Ghent region
I'm currently working in partnership with a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner that is actively looking to grow their consultancy team. They’re seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), specifically within the Finance modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking company delivering high impact D365 transformation projects across Europe. The Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end delivery of D365 F&O Finance implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design, to configuration, deployment, and post go live support. This is a client facing position where you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations optimise their financial operations through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance), including workshops, process mapping, configuration, and testing.
* Analyse client requirements and translate them into tailored D365 solutions.
* Collaborate closely with technical teams, PMs, and other functional consultants.
* Support pre sales activities including demos, scoping, and RFP input.
* Offer expert guidance to clients on optimising financial operations and maximising the value of their D365 systems.
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years' experience as a D365 F&O (Finance) Consultant.
* Proven track record delivering successful ERP implementations.
* Deep understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
