This role supports strategic HR and organizational decision-making by delivering high‑quality people insights across the full employee lifecycle. The position acts as a key interface between HR, Data, BI, and senior management, ensuring that HR decisions are grounded in robust data, clear analysis, and well-structured reporting.
* Analyze HR data and deliver strategic and operational reporting
* Understand the full HR scope and end-to-end HR processes
* Develop, maintain, and communicate HR dashboards and insights
* Work closely with HR, BI, and Data teams
* Prepare clear and structured communications for management
* Ensure data quality and contribute to process-oriented HR practices
* Strong HR background required (soft HR knowledge is essential)
* Very comfortable working with data and analytics
* Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and HR dashboards
* Good knowledge of Power BI and collaboration with BI & Data teams
* Knowledge of Mainframe / SAP is a plus
* Detail-oriented, structured, and confident working with senior stakeholders
* Strong communication skills
* English and Dutch, French as a plus
