The role of Payroll and HR Specialist is a critical position within our organization.
Job Description
* This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
* They will also prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, as well as ensure compliance with local laws, company standards, and best practices.
* This specialist will handle employees' administrative questions and claims, and provide administrative support to the Proximity Development Partner for all existing Personnel Function processes.
