Overview
PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Senior Construction Scheduler on a major data center construction project, developing and maintaining comprehensive construction programs across all phases and trades..
Responsibilities
1. Develop master construction schedule using Primavera P6
2. Create detailed work breakdown structures and activity sequencing
3. Conduct critical path analysis and resource leveling
4. Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking
5. Coordinate scheduling across multiple contractors and trades
6. Monitor progress against baseline and identify recovery opportunities
7. Develop "what-if" scenarios and schedule optimization strategies
8. Support construction sequencing and logistics planning
9. Manage schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis
10. Prepare schedule reports and attend progress meetings
11. Interface with project controls team on earned value integration
12. Lead schedule risk analysis and contingency planning
Qualifications
13. 6+ years construction scheduling on major projects (€100M+)
14. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
15. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and trade sequences
16. Experience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure preferred
17. Knowledge of MEP coordination and critical systems commissioning
18. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contractor teams
19. Data center construction phases and technology integration knowledge
20. Critical path analysis and schedule compression techniques
21. Resource planning and optimization capabilities
22. Fluent English; local language skills beneficial
23. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
