What does the job entail?
The main tasks as an electrician depend on whether you work is shifts or not.
In daytime shifts, your main tasks include:
* Preventive maintenance on installations
* Modifying, renewing, and improving installations
* Inspections, e.g. of electrical installations and substations
* Replacing drives, commissioning electrical distribution boards, replacing defective components, post-failure follow-up, etc.
* Working on various types of electric motors
* PLCs
* High and low voltage (up to 150kV)
In 2 or 4 rotating shifts, your main tasks include:
* Troubleshooting installations
* Taking installations out of service
* Analyzing problems (in collaboration with production)
* Checking logging systems
* Replacing components
* Working on various types of electric motors

The position requires you to work onsite.
Are you the right candidate?
* You have at least five years of relevant experience as an electrician in an industrial context.
* You work accurately and have strong problem-solving skills.
* You communicate fluently in English. Moreover, you are willing to follow Dutch courses during working hours and in your spare time.
* Safety is your top priority.
* Having had BA4/BA5 training in the past is a plus.
Are you the right candidate?
* You have a technical degree (such as electromechanics, energy technology, design and production technology, chemistry, etc.).
* You can rely on at least three years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
* You work accurately and have strong problem-solving skills.
* You communicate fluently in English. Moreover, you are willing to follow Dutch courses.
