OverviewWe are looking for an Operations Efficiency Engineer to drive daily operational prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives.In this role, you will oversee the follow-up of critical production/operational lots, ensuring close alignment with programme management and the effective deployment of operational resources. You will combine strong analytical capability with hands-on coordination to optimise performance, mitigate risk, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Prioritisation & ExecutionMonitor and manage high-priority operational lots on a daily basisAlign with programme management to ensure accurate prioritisationCoordinate resource allocation to meet delivery timelines and performance targets
Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, structure, and analyse operational data to identify trends and performance gapsDetect bottlenecks, risks, and inefficienciesDevelop clear dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Process OptimisationPropose and implement measurable, data-driven process improvementsStreamline workflows, logistics flows, and internal operational processesApply structured improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks)
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with operations, supply chain, and programme stakeholdersTranslate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutionsPresent insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in operations, operational excellence, data analytics, or business intelligenceStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert insights into actionExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantageProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to drive initiatives through influence and structured follow-up
