We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovation and excellence in payment solutions within a global cash management environment. You will play a key role in transforming business challenges into scalable, user‑centric solutions, improving payment flows, and enhancing client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements across business and IT teams
Lead business analysis for initiatives focused on payment optimization, transparency, and exception reduction
Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to shape and refine features
Analyze client requests and recurring issues to identify root causes and drive continuous improvements
Support implementation of modern payment capabilities (e.g., ISO20022, automation, smart routing)
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across international teams and ensure smooth delivery lifecycle
Contribute to KPI definition and performance tracking through data‑driven insights
Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in payments or cash management
Strong knowledge of payment processes, investigations, and global payment ecosystems (e.g., SWIFT)
Experience with requirements management, testing, and IT environments
Solid understanding of workflow processes and business analysis methodologies
Familiarity with Agile ways of working is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
