Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Learning & Technical Specialist to join our Operations team in Madrid. This role is key to scaling our internal capabilities through expert training and support on technical dental workflows, with a focus on CAD/CAM design and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in dental technology to support customers’ daily requests, experience in academic or corporate training, and the ability to lead learning initiatives across the EMEA operation team (mainly customer success team). S/he will also play a critical role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


* Support the EMEA Customer Success team in answering customers’ daily technical requests by providing accurate, customer-centric and concise explanations.
* Serve as the trainer for the Business and Commercial Operations team on internal digital dental workflows, particularly CAD/CAM systems and technical support processes, as well as operational processes.
* Design and deliver technical training and assessment programs, both in-person and digitally, ensuring high engagement and retention across teams.
* Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and support documentation in coordination with internal stakeholders, including mainly the clinical operations and product management teams.
* Take ownership of the creation and implementation of Learning Systems and Tools, for the Commercial Operations team, ensuring alignment with the QA program to deliver personalized training that supports team development and performance improvement.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement scalable solutions that improve performance and customer experience.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by supporting process control, quality checks, and SOP standardization in regards of technical support topics and internal platforms.
* Stay up to date with the latest dental technologies and industry best practices to keep the Commercial Operations team ahead of the curve.
* Support onboarding of new team members and serve as the internal technical go-to person for the Commercial Ops team.
* Continue with the development of the internal chatbot, powered by AI and containing company related topics, keeping the data up to date, and focusing on improvements of the platform.


Required Qualifications:


* Dental Technician background; Dental degree is a strong plus.
* Proven experience in CAD/CAM design (3Shape, Exocad, or similar platforms).
* Prior experience as a university lecturer, corporate trainer, or in a similar educational role.
* Strong track record in developing and managing learning engines and internal training programs at the regional or international level.
* Experience in process control, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish. A 3rd European language would be a plus.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and train diverse teams.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of leading initiatives independently.
* Knowledge of AI platforms and tools, as well as emerging technology applications
* High level of customer centricity
* Passion for teamwork


Preferred Qualifications:


* MBA or equivalent business/operations qualification.
* Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
* Familiarity with digital dentistry products, orthodontic workflows, and clear aligner systems.
