Key Responsibilities
IP Brand Guardianship: Act as the primary liaison with global licensors, ensuring every social post, flyer, and in-park mural meets strict brand guidelines.
Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute a 12-month integrated marketing calendar aligned with school holidays and IP anniversaries.
Digital Storytelling: Lead our social media strategy, creating vibrant content that captures the magic of character meet-and-greets and themed play.
Local Partnerships: Build relationships with local schools, community groups, and influencers to drive group bookings and seasonal event attendance.
Data-Driven Growth: Monitor KPIs like ticket conversion rates and average guest spend to continuously optimize marketing spend.
