We’re looking for an inspiring Manager HR Transformation to join our People & Transformation team within Management Consulting.
Your impact
1. Establish and develop effective working relationships with HR leaders.
2. Serve as the key contact for your client network.
3. Work directly with clients on strategic HR topics such as HR transformation, benchmarking, operating models, and processes.
4. Leverage and develop methodologies to meet client needs.
5. Coach staff and leverage your people management skills.
6. Inspire your team and individuals to grow locally and internationally.
7. Collaborate with partners, directors, and managers on business development initiatives.
8. Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, reports, and advice.
9. Continuously develop your skills to grow within the people side of the business.
About you
1. Master’s degree with 7–10 years' experience, including strategic roles in industry or consulting.
2. Strong interest and expertise in HR.
3. Leadership, coaching, and management skills.
4. Balanced analytical, creative, and structured thinking.
5. Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
6. Supportive, influential, and coaching abilities.
7. Proactive and client-oriented mindset.
8. Ability to analyze large data sets using appropriate tools.
9. Capability to turn challenges into opportunities.
10. Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other language.
