YOUR TASKS
* Synthesis and evaluation of coated inorganic nanoparticles
* In vitro assays
* In vivo analysis
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* You hold a thesis-based doctorate in chemistry, biomaterials or related
* You have proven experience with synthesis and analysis of inorganic nanoparticles as evidenced by publications
* You have proven experience with in vitro cell assays as evidenced by publications
* You have proven experience as evidenced by publications
* Proven experience with preparation and analysis of ultrasmall iron oxide nanoparticles is preferred
* Proven experience with polymer biomaterials is preferred
* Proven experience with synthesis of defined polymers is preferred
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
* We offer you a contract of definite duration for the period from half February 2026 to half February 2027 for 0.15 fte (15% part-time appointment)
* Your contract will start on 16/02/2026 at the earliest.
* Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale PD1 to PD4 (if you hold a doctorate). Click here for more information about our salary scales.
