We are looking for a Global Datacenter Corporate Lead who is customer-focused, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our IT Infrastructure team, based in our Braine-l’Alleud site in Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that ensures the quality and efficiency of datacenters services. You will manage transition of services management to the current service delivery framework. You will act as the main operational contact for external partners, manage service delivery performance, and champion continuous improvement. Your role includes designing and improving service management processes, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels. This global role requires strong governance, strategic relationships, and a focus on operational excellence.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with internal teams, offshore resources, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage with stakeholders across IT and business functions, building strong partnerships and driving improvements in service quality.
You will work closely with the operation managers who manage the deliveries and services requests.
Aligning with demand and engagement manager to ensure perfect delivery within the standard and agreed planning.
You will work in a dynamic, international environment that values innovation and teamwork.
What you’ll do
1. Design and improve service management processes for IT datacenter services
2. Act as the main operational contact for external partners and vendors
3. Monitor and report on service quality, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs
4. Drive operational improvements and continuous service optimization
5. Establish governance and strategic relationships for stable, cost-efficient services
6. Coordinate resource requests, including people, environments, and licenses.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
7. Master’s degree in IT or related field
8. 5–10 years of experience in IT service delivery management
9. Strong knowledge of service management frameworks and best practices
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
11. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive improvements in a global context
12. Fluent in English, French or Dutch are a plus
13. A positive mindset, eager to learn and appetite for innovation
