Mission Context
You will join the Contracting Squad, a multidisciplinary Agile team composed of business and technical experts responsible for the digital contracting journey supporting investment products.
The squad focuses on delivering reliable, accessible, and compliant contracting solutions for both customers and internal stakeholders. Working within a complex banking ecosystem, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, defining functional solutions, and ensuring successful implementation across multiple systems and channels.
The team operates in an Agile Scrum environment with 2-week sprints and a strong self-organizing mindset, collaborating closely with both onshore and offshore team members.
Function Description
• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Produce and maintain functional analysis documentation
• Support process definition and alignment between business and IT stakeholders
• Identify impacts, dependencies, and risks across the investment contracting journey
• Contribute to release planning and implementation readiness activities
• Define test scenarios and support end-to-end validation activities
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product stakeholders to define optimal solutions
• Ensure alignment with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other control functions when required
• Support change management and rollout activities

• Strong experience as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of software development methodologies and application architecture
• Good knowledge of development environments, databases, middleware, APIs, and integration concepts
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience documenting functional requirements and business processes
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
