International Employment Solutions Manager

As centre of expertise, the International Employment Solution team is responsible for developing and implementing global employment solutions to support the company's international expansion and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement global employment solutions to support the company's international expansion and growth.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
3. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality employment solutions.
4. Monitor and analyze employment trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's global employment strategy.
5. Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders on global employment matters.
Qualifications:
6. 7+ years of experience in global mobility, with a focus on international taxation, expatriation management and payroll.
7. Strong knowledge of global employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
8. A profound knowledge and interest in personal income tax/individual tax matters and the necessary experience for this profile and the very good understanding of the Belgian tax legislation.
9. Strong knowledge of global mobility trends and best practices.
10. Experience in developing and implementing global mobility policies and procedures.
