We’re looking for a Product Manager – Expert Cards, who can take full ownership of the card domain within the payments landscape and act as the go-to expert for all card-related topicsYou will be part of the team responsible for daily banking products, including payments, savings, insurance, and packaged accounts (e.G. Silver, Gold). The focus is on managing products in the market and continuously improving the end-to-end customer journey across app, branches, and contact center.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of card products (debit/credit) within daily bankingEnsure stability and performance of the run (processes, compliance, operations)Act as primary point of contact for external card providers (e.G. Worldline, Mastercard, Bancontact)Manage and optimize vendor relationships and service deliveryEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsIdentify and drive optimization initiatives (costs, billing flows, efficiency)Contribute deep expertise on card ecosystems, schemes, and market standardsSupport product packaging (e.G. Silver, Gold accounts) linked to payment solutionsProfileStrong expertise in cards and payments (issuing, acquiring, schemes, processing)Proven experience as Product Manager within banking/paymentsSolid understanding of regulatory frameworks related to card servicesExperience managing vendors such as Worldline, Mastercard, BancontactStrong analytical mindset with focus on optimization and cost controlAble to operate autonomously and act as a senior expertDutch: Native / Fluent (mandatory)English: Professional proficiency
