Senior ERP Transformation Lead – French-speaking – Belgium

Package: €150K – €170K gross annual (fixed €125K + variable €25K–€45K)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead to work closely with a consultancy partner, driving large-scale ERP transformation programs across Europe. This role combines presales leadership, commercial strategy, and program delivery with a focus on French-speaking clients and stakeholders. You will guide ERP initiatives from solution design through to successful implementation, collaborating with both delivery teams and senior client executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead ERP transformation programs with multi-stream oversight, ensuring quality, timelines, and risk mitigation.
* Drive presales activities with French-speaking clients, including discovery workshops, solution demos, and RFI/RFP/RFO management.
* Close large-scale ERP deals, building strong client trust and demonstrating commercial acumen (not body-shopping).
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from proposal to execution.
* Engage with senior French-speaking stakeholders, aligning ERP strategy with business objectives.
* Develop new offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies to differentiate the consultancy in competitive markets.
Requirements:
* 15+ years of ERP experience (SAP preferred; other Tier-1 ERPs considered) with full-cycle implementations for large, complex organizations.
* Proven presales leadership and commercial awareness with a track record of closing significant ERP deals.
* Fluent in French (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English.
* Strong team collaboration and management skills across presales and delivery functions.
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and managing executive expectations.
* Experience in Big 4 or large consulting environments with structured methodologies and global delivery models.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and drive ERP transformation value.
