Based in Waterloo, the European headquarters coordinates and supports the company's sales and logistics activities across Europe, ensuring the smooth management and administration of regional operations. THe HR team plays a strategic and operational role in supporting employees across multiple European countries by managing payroll, benefits, talent development, and fostering a collaborative, people-focused culture built on trust, respect, integrity, and professionalism.
Payroll for Belgium, Netherlands, the UK and Norway
You manage the end-to-end payroll process across Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and Norway, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
You stay up to date with payroll legislation, tax and social security requirements, as well as company policies and benefits programs.
You oversee payroll administration for expatriate employees.
You work closely with the HR team to maintain accurate employee data across payroll and HR systems.
You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage payroll taxation, withholdings and international assignments.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
You manage the administration of employee benefits, including insurances and the company car fleet.
You support compensation processes by validating and submitting data related to short- and long-term incentive plans.
You prepare payroll and total rewards reports to support HR and Finance decision-making.
You maintain and validate compensation and benefits data within Workday, ensuring data quality and system reliability.
You ensure all activities are carried out in line with the company's commitment to safety, sustainability and responsible business practices.
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or have gained equivalent experience through your career.
You have at least 7 years of experience in payroll and compensation & benefits, ideally in an international environment.
You have hands-on experience managing payroll processes across multiple countries (Dutch payroll is an asset) and are familiar with the related tax, social security and employment regulations.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Workday and benefits administration is preferred.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and feel comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
You combine strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Our client offers a competitive salary package including a monthly gross salary (starting at 5.500 euros), a monthly net allowance, a company car and fuel card, annual bonus, comprehensive health and group insurance, meal and eco vouchers, and a generous holiday entitlement of 34 days.
