Skills & Qualifications
Master degree in Law. An additional degree is a plus.
6 to 9 years of relevant professional experience in an M&A or corporate legal department.
Eager to learn and ambition to excel in the legal fields mentioned above.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
A real team player.
Client-oriented.
Effective, proactive and creative.

As a Senior Associate in Corporate Law:
Advice national and international clients in a broad range of M&A transactions and corporate law.
Part of a strong team of more than 85 lawyers and legal professionals.
Advising companies on corporate matters in acquisitions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers and all other corporate transactions.
Attending meetings with clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Helping clients from start to finish through any litigation, arbitration or dispute resolutions their business may face.
