Description

* Oversee the planning and execution of Council meetings;
* Ensure members receive all necessary information and materials;
* Keep meetings on schedule and aligned with planned topics;
* Manage logistics, budgets, and expense forecasts;
* Support the invoicing process to ensure timely payments;
* Act as the primary contact for members across 5–6 Councils;
* Encourage full participation and help members access TCB content, experts, and resources;
* Support members between meetings through online platforms, check-ins, benchmarking, and webcasts;
* Facilitate cross-Council connections;
* Collaborate with internal teams to align content with member needs;
* Ensure high-quality written communication and capture key meeting insights;
* Analyze feedback and continuously improve the member experience;
* Maintain confidentiality of all shared information;
* Track engagement metrics and implement proactive retention strategies;
* Identify at-risk members and coordinate retention or replacement plans;
* Welcome new members and support the onboarding process;
* Assist in vetting replacement candidates and partner with Sales on recruitment;
* Manage all logistical aspects: venues, catering, hotels, transportation, AV/tech, materials, and hospitality;
* Coordinate in-office, on-site, hotel-based, virtual, and hybrid meetings;
* Work with the Meeting Associate to secure accommodations and activities;
* Resolve member issues, track attendance and feedback, and ensure meetings stay within budget;- Continuously seek improvements to processes and the overall member experience.

Your profile

* Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
* Possesses 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in roles that involve direct interaction with customers;
* Has a background in hospitality or event coordination, which would be advantageous;
* Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
* Exhibits a natural curiosity and a capacity for rapid learning and adaptation;
* Is sociable, oriented towards providing excellent service;
* Experienced in managing customer relationships, particularly with high-level executives;
* Fluent in both English, with proficiency in additional European languages as a desirable asset;
* Displays excellent time management skills, effectively juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting;
* Works collaboratively within a team environment;
* Possesses strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
* Capable of remaining calm and professional in challenging and unforeseen circumstances;
* Flexible and proactive in responding to and driving change within a dynamic context;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic database management;
* Shows a strong connection to the company's mission, along with an interest and understanding of its core knowledge areas;
* Willing to travel frequently as part of the role.

Offer

* Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
