Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the German-speaking market (DACH region) by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with distributors, and maintaining existing business.
* Pursue new business opportunities within the DACH region to drive sales growth and expansion.
* Develop strong relationships with distributors to help expand the customer base.
* Maintain existing business and think critically when planning to ensure project success.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts in the region and monitor client satisfaction.
* Develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet specific customer needs and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven knowledge of successful development strategies, and self-motivation.
