Job Description

Our client’s digital communication team manages corporate websites and official social

media channels across multiple platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

Bluesky, and Threads. The team creates high-quality digital content in various formats—text,

visuals, data visualisations, explainers, and stories—to effectively communicate the

organisation’s work to diverse audiences.

Within the team, the Digital Content & Governance function oversees content strategy,

ensuring accuracy, impact, and alignment with the organisation’s tone of voice and audience

needs.


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Communication Consultant with strong

expertise in social media analytics and content creation to support and expand the client’s

social media team. The consultant will work primarily onsite.


Key Responsibilities

● Develop platform-tailored content strategies for high-level events and

communications priorities.

● Produce social media content in multiple formats, ensuring quality and consistency.

● Monitor performance, analyse audiences, track KPIs, and prepare regular reporting.

● Identify opportunities for proactive and reactive social media engagement.

● Monitor trends and innovations across target platforms.

● Generate concepts for visual and audiovisual materials in collaboration with creative

teams.

● Support online community management activities.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communication, online marketing, or social

media management.

● University degree and/or recognised professional training in communication, digital

marketing, or related fields.

● Proven skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual production.

● Strong working knowledge of major social platforms including X, Bluesky, Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads.

● Experience with analytics tools such as Emplifi, Talkwalker, or Piano Analytics is an

asset.

● Excellent understanding of KPIs, metrics, and social media analytics.

● Solid knowledge of multichannel production processes.

● Excellent command of English and experience working in international

environments.
