Upway is hiring a Marketing Manager for the Benelux to help accelerate our growth in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our marketing team, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and local market expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our product and brand to life in the Benelux region. Your mission is to establish Upway as a leading name in electric mobility while driving qualified traffic to our website and delivering measurable growth. To support this growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, growth, and local presence in the Benelux. What you will do Drive traffic to our website through tactical and long term marketing investments. Build the Upway Brand in Belgium and the Netherlands Position our value proposition and consumer messaging through all the customer channels Organise local events, be present at fares and find creative ways of getting closer to our costumers. Find the best local partnerships to drive traffic to our website. Coordinate efforts with Ops & Tech to better integrate Marketing touch points through the lifecycle Be the voice of our customers! What you will need Strong academic background Ideally 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product or Media A creative marketing mindset coupled with an understanding and a passion for emerging trends Autonomy and ability to operate in high pace environments Negotiation skills to strike key partnership opportunities Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Fluency in Dutch and English.
