YOUR ROLEJoin Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant and help leading organizations optimize their employee compensation strategy through end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.As a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, you play a key role in delivering an impactful solution.
Your responsibilities will be:1. Preparation & DiscoveryCollaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirementsAdvice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactorsLead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution
2. Realization & ConfigurationTranslate business needs into efficient HR processesConfigure the Compensation module in SuccessFactorsSupport testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution
3. Training & EnablementTrain clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solutionDevelop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage
4. Deployment & Relationship BuildingLead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transitionFoster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support
