Specialists in EU Green Deal legislation (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.
Requirements:
* Education: University degree in law, EU studies, environmental policy, or related fields
* General professional experience: Experience in development cooperation and policy support
* Specific professional experience: Knowledge of EU Green Deal legislation and its external dimension
* Language: English is mandatory
