Role Description
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for approaching and developing customers in the Belgian industrial, utilities, municipal and public-sector markets to promote and sell our innovative software solutions. You will operate in a dynamic environment and play a key role in expanding our customer base within these sectors.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential markets.
* Actively promote and develop our software solutions in a B2B context.
* Present and demonstrate our solutions to customers and decision-makers.
* Gather and analyse feedback to support product development and service improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Understand sector-specific needs and challenges and translate them into suitable solutions.
* Support the sales cycle, including project estimations and contract negotiations.
* Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and strategies.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Engineering or a similar field.
* Interest in market development, preferably with some B2B experience.
* Affinity with software solutions and technological innovation.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Negotiation and presentation skills.
* Proactive, results-driven attitude with a commercial mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and resilience under deadlines.
* Possession of a valid driver's license.
