Your new role
We are looking for a senior Tech Lead / Project Manager to lead the development of the Maverick platform, a critical internal system used to support clinical processes.
The role is highly strategic, combining
project leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder management in a GxP-regulated environment.
The platform has been running for over 4 years, with an annual budget of approximately €1M, and is supported by a multidisciplinary team (developers, business analysts, testers, UX).The person will mainly lead this platform (≈80%) and also contribute to new project intake activities (≈20%).
Your profile
1. Strong experience leading
custom software development projects
2. Experience in GxP or regulated environments (pharma preferred; banking/food acceptable)
3. Proven Agile / Scrum experience
(backlog management, Azure DevOps)
4. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
5. Experience managing budgets and project financials
6. Ability to manage risks and escalate issues proactively
