YOUR ROLE
Are you a proactive leader with a passion for marketing and digital product development? We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Marketing) to help shape the future of customer experience at a major commercial player undergoing a digital transformation.
In this role, you will guide one or more cross-functional product squads, each with their own Product Owners (of which you will be the n+1). You willl define strategic priorities, coordinate key initiatives and ensure timely delivery of impactful digital products.
You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations and leadership. From improving the app experience, to optimizing logistic follow-up launching loyalty programs, smart lockers; your scope is diverse and meaningful.

IMPORTANT: This is not a (technical) IT role, but a position as a Business Product Manager.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on marketing input, business value and user insights
* Directly lead and coach 1-3 Product Managers within your squad
* Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Business Directors and Commercial Analysts. You will report directly to C-level
* Define clear features, user journeys and acceptance criteria
* Monitor delivery timelines, solve priority conflicts and manage risks
* Track product performance through data and continuously optimize for value

YOU
Your skills and experience:
* 5+ years of experience in digital product management (ideally marketing-related)
* Proven leadership experience (formal team lead or cross-functional)
* A solid understanding of marketing and customer experience dynamics
* Comfortable in agile environments with fast-paced transformation
* Assertive, self-starting and solution-oriented
* Fluent in either Dutch or French (mother tongue) + strong command of English
