As a Headhunter at Sander, your job is to find the profiles nobody else can and to turn every conversation into an opportunity, whether with a candidate or a potential client. On the Headhunting side Map talent pools across your sector and build a deep understanding of the market Identify and directly approach passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking and creative sourcing Conduct qualification calls and in-depth interviews to assess fit and motivations Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of active and passive profiles Manage candidates throughout the full process, from first contact to signed contract On the Sales side Identify client opportunities through candidate conversations and market intelligence Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new mandates Build and nurture client relationships over the long term Partner with Business Managers to match the right talent to the right opportunities Contribute to the growth of your desk through consistent business development Minimum 2-3 years of experience in headhunting, executive search or in agency-side. Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates Strong interviewing skills : you read people fast and assess fit accurately Commercially minded : you spot opportunities and you act on them Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus Bachelor's degree minimum Resilient, autonomous and genuinely curious about people and markets Base salary evolving with your results Uncapped commission plan : no ceilin...
