Your impact
As a (Senior) Associate, you’ll make an impact by:
1. Coaching more junior people on and off the job, and sharing your knowledge
2. Participating in the pitch preparation and in the delivery of the projects
3. Reflecting with more senior people on the approach and on the key decisions over the lifetime of a project
4. Helping on the business development initiatives
5. Being responsible of providing top-quality deliverables to clients
6. Brainstorming continuously with the team (up and down) to improve our work on a day-to-day basis
7. Continuously learn to further develop yourself
About you
8. You have between 0 and 4 years of relevant work experience (i.e. strategic consultancy, strategic position within a corporate…)
9. Youare able and you want to travel internationally from time to time
10. You are strong in making impactful presentations in PPT and/or in other format
11. You are comfortable with figures and you are able to make the link between financial elements and strategic elements
12. You can also make the link with other Value Creation topics, such as ESG, IT, HR or supply chains.
13. You have solid writing and presentation skills
14. You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business
15. You possess excellent listening and communication skills, and can communicate clearly, persuade and influence
16. You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
17. You can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
18. You are fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French
19. You want to be part of a new team with high growth potential.
