General point of contact for Sales Administration for the concerned retailers General support of the Key Account Managers Administrative follow-up of Distribution Changes (opening new doors, closing brands, closing doors, ) Coordinate NPL process: create Order Forms, prepare Retailer Presentations, organize & participate in Sell-In meetings with retailers Tracking the newness orders via State of Sell-In update while using SAP & Business Intelligence (BI) Order follow-up: coordination with Supply & Demand Planning, correct price difference, communication to retailers regarding availability If necessary, follow-up on back orders Coordinate & prepare Tester & Sample shipments Ad Hoc analysis & preparation of presentations upon request of the KAM & KAE Collecting & regrouping sell-out figures & stock reports for the concerned retailers and update all necessary internal/external files Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French. Proactive and effective communicator. Strong organizational & time management skills, email management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both internally as externally (retailers) Ability to multi-task and knowing how to prioritize effectively Attention to detail & and a problem-solving mindset.
