We are seeking a flexible and highly organized Events Officer to join our marketing team and contribute to company’s continued success. As an Event Officer, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of events (both internal and external). Plan, coordinate, and execute events of various sizes, from small team gatherings to large company‑wide initiatives.
Manage the full event cycle independently: from initial planning to execution, on‑site support, and administrative follow‑up.
Handle event logistics, including transportation and setup of materials, welcome participants, support registrations, and act as the first point of contact during events.
Manage administrative tasks linked to events: event registrations, attendee lists, internal communication, supplier coordination, and post‑event reporting.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
Support recurring annual events where a defined framework already exists.
Bachelor’s degree and experience in event planning or coordination. Fluency in Dutch and English, French is an advantage.
