Retail Account Manager 1-3 years of experience | strong relationships with EU retailers | Full-time permanent contract About the Role Loop is looking for a Retail Account Manager to support the continued growth of our retail channel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their retail career who wants hands-on ownership while helping build retail into a scalable growth engine. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of smaller retail partners while supporting launches, promotions, and day-to-day execution across the broader account base. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure retail plans are delivered smoothly and accurately. This role offers meaningful responsibility, strong exposure to how retail works in practice, and a clear path to growing into larger account ownership over time. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day management of assigned retail accounts Coordinate launches, promotional activity, and base business execution Maintain accurate forecasts, volume inputs, and performance reporting Track sell-through and flag risks or opportunities early Support account reviews and prepare materials for buyer meetings Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure launch readiness and inventory alignment What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, account management, or a commercial support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with data, forecasts, and performance tracking Clear communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment What Success Looks Like Smooth execution across launches and promotions Accurate forecasts and reliable reporting Strong, responsive relationships with retail partners Increased ownership and complexity of accounts over time As our recruitment team is international, please send your CV in English.
