Our client is a leading organisation in the Belgian credit/loans sector, playing a central role in facilitating and managing home financing processes. As part of a broader transformation programme, they are looking for a Business Analyst to drive end-to-end process optimisation across their operations.
This role focuses on improving business processes across the full value chain: from customer onboarding and payments to internal back-office and administrative workflows. It is a business-facing role, requiring strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and change management experience rather than a technical IT background.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and map existing business processes across the mortgage lifecycle (e.g. application, approval, payments, back office)
* Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks, and propose pragmatic optimisation initiatives
* Take a holistic view across departments to ensure end-to-end process alignment
* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to challenge and improve current ways of working
* Design and implement improved processes with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
* Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes
* Monitor performance xphnsxz and define KPIs to track the impact of improvements
Profile
* 3+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process optimisation
* Background in financial services, ideally within mortgages, lending, or banking environments
* Change Management experience
